Your Time Fitness Classes

30 minute classes designed for all ages and abilties

Starting in September, we'll be introducing a new class structure to better accommodate your busy schedules. All classes will now be 45 minutes long, providing a more efficient yet impactful workout. This change is designed to offer more flexibility, especially for those who prefer to drop in for classes.

New Class Schedule:

  • Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday: 5:30 PM

Updated Pricing:

I understand that a price increase can be challenging, but this adjustment allows us to continue offering high-quality classes and a great experience for everyone. I hope the new format and schedule will give you more options to fit fitness into your life.
